Zincated Bentonite Sulphur
a granular fertilizer that supplies two essential nutrients, sulphur and zinc, in a single application. A commonly available grade contains 65% elemental sulphur and 18% zinc, with zinc present in zinc oxide form. Bentonite helps the granules absorb moisture and disperse in the soil, allowing the nutrients to be released gradually for crop uptake.
This fertilizer helps correct sulphur and zinc deficiencies, supports healthy root and shoot development, and contributes to protein synthesis and essential plant metabolic processes. Sulphur is particularly important for oilseed crops, while zinc supports enzyme activity and normal plant growth. Its gradual nutrient-release characteristics help provide a longer-lasting supply of these nutrients during crop development.
